Greeting Message
The Voicemail also allows guests to record personal mailbox greeting messages. These messages will be played
to the callers when they are diverted to the guest's mailbox. The Voicemail also offers guests the facility to
customize the greeting messages for their mailbox. Guests can record a different message for each time zone,
namely working hours, break hours and non-working hours.
To set Greeting Message,
•
Press DSS Key assigned to User Greeting Message.

Dial 1072-008
•
Enter Phone Number.
•
Scroll using the Navigation Key to select the Greeting Message.
•
Press Select Key.
•
Scroll using the Navigation Key to select Enable.
•
Press Select Key.
To record a greetings message,
•
Dial 3931.
•
Dial your mailbox password when VMS answers. Follow the voice prompts.
•
Dial 4 to select Mailbox Settings.
•
Dial 4 to select Mailbox Greetings.
•
Dial 1 to select Personal Greetings.
•
Dial 1 to select Working hours, dial 2 to select Break hours or dial 3 to select Non-Working hours.
•
Dial 1 to Record your message or dial 2 to Listen to the recorded message.
•
Dial 1 to record the message. You can record a greeting message of 60 seconds. If the message duration
is less than 60 seconds, press # after you have completed the message.
To cancel Greeting Message,
•
Press DSS Key assigned to User Greeting Message.
