 These alarms occur in SERVOPACKs with command option modules.
For details, refer to the manual for the command option module that is connected.
Meaning
Regenerative circuit or regenerative resistor
is faulty.
Regenerative energy exceeds regenerative
resistor capacity.
• Setting of AC input/DC input is incorrect.
• Power supply wiring is incorrect.
Main circuit DC voltage is excessively
high.
Main circuit DC voltage is excessively low.
The capacitor of the main circuit has deteri-
orated or is faulty.
The servomotor speed is above the maxi-
mum speed.
The motor speed upper limit of the set
encoder output resolution (Pn281) is
exceeded.
Incorrect vibration at the motor speed was
detected.
Vibration was detected while performing
tuning-less function.
The Pn385 setting is greater than the maxi-
mum speed.
The servomotor was operating for several
seconds to several tens of seconds under a
force largely exceeding ratings.
The servomotor was operating continuously
under a force exceeding ratings.
When the dynamic brake was applied, mov-
ing energy exceeded the capacity of
dynamic brake resistor.
The main circuit power was frequently
turned ON and OFF.
The heat sink of the SERVOPACK
exceeded 100C.
The fan inside the SERVOPACK stopped.
The checksum results of linear scale mem-
ory is incorrect.
Data in the linear scale is incorrect.
The linear scale was moving at high speed
when the power was turned ON.
The internal temperature of linear scale is
too high.
A linear scale fault occurred
Linear scale is faulty.
