Check points before commissioning

its own instrument panel.

Preparing the boiler for commissioning

For work on the boiler C 630 ECO: The features and
instructions described are for each boiler module.
WARNING
Do not put the boiler into operation if the supplied gas is
not in accordance with the approved gas types.
Preparatory procedure for boiler commissioning:
4 Check that the gas type supplied matches the data shown on the
boiler's data plate.
4 Check the gas circuit.
4 Check the hydraulic circuit.
4 Check the water pressure in the heating system.
4 Check the tightness of the flue gases evacuation and air inlet
connections.
4 Check the electrical connections to the thermostat and the other
external controls.
4 Check the other connections.
4 Test the boiler at full load. Check the setting of the gas/air ratio
and, if necessary, correct it.
4 Test the boiler at part load. Check the setting of the gas/air ratio
and, if necessary, correct it.
4 Finalizing work.
