Antennas

The antennas route from the WLAN module to transceivers at the top of the computer. The transceivers are
secured to the computer with adhesive.
NOTE: WLAN module orientation may vary.
To remove the antennas:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see

7. Remove the power button board and disconnect the cable from the fingerprint reader board (see

12. Separate the display from the computer (see
13. Disconnect the antennas from the WLAN module (1).
14. Peel the right antenna off the frame (2).
15. Remove the cables from the clips built into the chassis (3). Remove the right antenna and cable.
