Action
v Check the system error log.
v If the PCI-X BUS LED is lit, follow the
instructions for that LED.
v If the MEMORY LED is lit, follow the
instructions for that LED.
v Restart the server.
If the problem remains, call for service.
Call for service.
v Check the system error log.
v Check the service processor log.
v Make sure the power supply is installed
correctly.
v Verify that the ac power cords are properly
connected to functional power sources.
If the problem remains, call for service.
v Make sure the power supply is installed
correctly.
v Verify that the ac power cords are properly

If the problem remains, call for service.
Remove ac power from the server and then
restart the server.
