1. The leakage can be 9 mA in the worst case and 90 nA in typical case when the line is set
externally at a low level and when the leakage is set as a digital input with pull-up disabled.
2. The voltage of the line stabilizes between Vcc-0.65V and Vcc-0.45V when it is set as a digital
input with pull-up enabled.
