the debugging output mode of
each Net File process.

Sets the vendor ID:
Initial Setting: 0x05A Ricoh Company

Sets the product ID.
[0x0000~0xFFFF/1]
004 Device Release No. DFU
Sets the device release number of the BCD (binary coded decimal) display.
[0000~9999/1]
Enter as a decimal number. NCS converts the number to hexadecimal
number recognized as the BCD.
