Standard multicast messaging

In standard multicast messaging, one dataset can be sent to a group of drives having
the same standard multicast group address. The target group is defined by the
D2D_Conf standard function block; see separate document Application guide:
Application programming for ACS850 drives (3AUA0000078664 [English]).
The sending drive can either be the master, or a follower after receiving a token from
the master.
Note: The master does not receive the sent data even if it is a member of the target
multicast group.
