The ID of the application licence is displayed by DriveStudio in the drive software
properties as APPL LICENCE. If the value is 0, no licence has been assigned to the
drive.
Notes:
• The application licence can only be assigned to a complete drive, not a stand-
alone control unit.
• A protected application can only be downloaded to a complete drive, not a stand-
alone control unit.

Control interfaces

Programmable analog inputs

The drive has two programmable analog inputs. Each of the inputs can be
independently set as a voltage (0/2...10 V or -10...10 V) or current (0/4...20 mA)
input by a jumper on the JCU Control Unit. Each input can be filtered, inverted and
scaled. The number of analog inputs can be increased by using FIO-xx I/O
extensions.

Programmable digital inputs and outputs

The drive has six digital inputs, a digital start interlock input, and two digital input/
outputs.
One digital input (DI6) doubles as a PTC thermistor input. See section
protection on page 80.
One of the digital input/outputs can be used as a frequency input, one as a frequency
output.
The number of digital inputs/outputs can be increased by using FIO-xx I/O
