Disconnect some receivers from the UPS unit. The
UPS unit will still operate but if the load is increased
(above the specified level) it may switch to bypass
mode. The alarm is deactivated once that issue is
solved.
To reduce the load at the output of the UPS unit,
disconnect some receivers.
Disconnect some receivers from the UPS unit.
Disconnect all receivers from the UPS unit. Switch off
the UPS unit. Check if a short circuit occurred in the
UPS unit or in the receivers. Make sure that the short
circuit is removed before switching the device back
on.
Check the UPS unit fans.
If the UPS unit entered the bypass mode and the
temperature is still too high, the unit should be
switched off. Uncover the vents and remove all heat
sources. Wait until the UPS unit cools down. Ensure
free air circulation around the UPS unit. Restart the
UPS unit.
Provide the recommended environment temperature
using e.g. air conditioning in the room.
If the UPS unit is powering a device, it will switch to
the bypass mode. Contact service support.
