Handheld Communicator
An alternative digital interface to SVI II ESD is the HART
communicate with a HART
has to be used. A dedicated Device Description, DD, is published by registration with the
®
HART
Communication Foundation. When the DD is installed in a host communication device
then it can readily access all the information in the smart field device. The SVI II ESD registered
DD is available from HART
The SVI II ESD DD can be obtained from the factory or by contacting your local representative.
