SERVICE SCHEDULE

10.1

Additional information

Any further work that results from the required work or from the recommended work must be ordered separately and can be
invoiced separately.
10.2

Required work

Read out the fault memory using the Husqvarna Motorcycles diagnostics tool.
Check that the electrical system is functioning properly.
Check and charge the battery.
Check the front brake linings. (
Check the rear brake linings. (
Check the brake discs. (
Check the brake lines for damage and leakage.
Check the rear brake fluid level. (
Check the free travel of the foot brake lever. (
Check the frame and swingarm.
Check the swingarm bearing for play.
Check the heim joints at the top of the shock absorber.
Check the shock absorber linkage.
Check the tire condition. (
Check the tire air pressure. (
Check the wheel bearing for play.
Check the wheel hubs.
Check the rim run-out.
Check the spoke tension. (
Check the chain, rear sprocket, engine sprocket, and chain guide. (
Check the chain tension. (
Grease all moving parts (e.g. side stand, hand lever, chain, ...) and check for smooth operation.
Check/correct the fluid level of the hydraulic clutch. (
Check the front brake fluid level. (
Check the free travel of the hand brake lever. (
Check the play of the steering head bearing. (
Check the valve clearance.
Check the clutch.
Change the engine oil and oil filter and clean the oil screens.
Check all hoses (e.g. fuel, cooling, bleeder, drainage, etc.) and sleeves for cracking, leaks, and incorrect rout-
ing.
Check the antifreeze and coolant level. (
Check the cables for damage and routing without sharp bends.
Check that the throttle cables are undamaged, routed without sharp bends, and set correctly.
Clean the air filter and air filter box.
Change glass fiber yarn filling in the main silencer.
Check the screws and nuts for tightness.
Check the headlight setting. (
Change the fuel screen.
Check the fuel pressure.
