Click the Add button. The following dialog box appears.
Select a laser in the Laser: drop-down box. You can select lasers that are
not currently loaded.
Select a filter in the Filter: drop-down box. You can select filters that are not
currently loaded.
Type a name in the Name: field.
Click the OK button. The list in the Method Settings window now contains
the new method with the selected laser and filter combination.
Methods containing lasers or filters that are not currently loaded cannot
be selected in the Reader Condition screen.
