Potential issue with the modem
You can resolve by performing the following:
Retry
Reduce the poll address ranges and try detecting the device
Sometimes it is observed that Send status in download screen
may display failure but actually written to the device.
Failed to update the Send status
You can resolve by performing the following:
Select the failed items from download screen and retry the
send operation
**** Internal Error: ****
This method has some constructs which are not supported
The cause may be any one of the following:
Some internal error
Method code has some error
FDC encountered some construct that's not supported
Retry executing the method. If the problem persists, please
contact Honeywell TAC
Sometimes, on selecting another waveform or variable, Invalid
data may be displayed or FDC may not respond.
The cause may be any one of the following:
Failure in communication
One or more action methods associated with trends would
have failed.
You can resolve by performing the following:
Close the graph/ trend and retry opening again
Or close and reload the device and retry open the graph/
trend again.
Sometimes the curves in the graphs may not appear as
expected.
