FDC has limits on the number of data points it supports for
waveforms on Graphs
known limitation
Save history operation may fail in specific scenarios.
The cause may be any one of the following:
Communication failure
Application might have run out of memory
Device specific issue
Retry the operation. If the problem persists, please contact
Honeywell TAC
Variables configured under custom view are not visible when
the view opened
Variables are not valid in the device at that instance of time
This is the expected behavior as per the standard
Application shows error message while closing the device
screen. It is rarely observed scenario
The cause may be any one of the following: Application might
have run out of memory
There is no impact of this error on further device operation.
User can proceed with other device operation.
Offline download may fail for some parameters with 'Send
command failed or invalid' message
The cause may be any one of the following:
Send command failure
Potential issue with communication
You can resolve by performing the following:
Retry offline download for failed items.
Manufacturer and Device Type name may not be displayed for
