Install the switch card on the PCI slot. Align the PCI slot portion and the switch card terminal portion,
and then insert the switch card into the slot securely.
Note
Keep the removed blank cover for future use.
Important
Do not touch the PCI slot connector, switch card terminal portion or signal
pins of the electronic parts mounted on the card. Installing a dirty or oily card
causes malfunction.
Note
Make sure that the tip of the switch card bracket is inserted into the securing slot of
PCI slot. If the switch card fails to be installed, remove the switch card, and then
install it. Applying excess force can damage the switch card and PCI connector.
