10.4 Output Data

By changing the function settings on the main unit of the balance, users can select either of the
following formats: (See "4.2 Description of Functions," on page 13.)
10.4.1 Data Format

Six-digit numeric format
Composed of 14 characters, including the terminators (CR = 0DH, LF = 0AH).

Seven-digit numeric format
Composed of 15 characters, including the terminators (CR = 0DH, LF = 0AH). A parity bit can
also be appended.

Six-digit numeric format for model provided with an auxiliary scale interval
Composed of 15 characters, including the terminators (CR=0DH, LF=0AH), with "/" added to the
left of the auxiliary-scale-interval place.
