Sel. No.
NO NC
Binary Data Write — This terminal serves two functions:
1) While operating in the Use Binary/BCD input mode, each momentary connection of this terminal to CC
transfers the speed/torque Binary Bit (0 – MSB) settings to the motor.
86
87
2) The UP/DOWN Frequency command will be saved during power down or reset by setting
setting an input terminal to Binary Data Write. If the drive is running and the Binary Data Write terminal
is active when an event occurs (Fault, Power off), the UP/DOWN Frequency command will be restored
upon power-up or reset.
UP/DOWN Frequency (up) — Increases the speed of the motor for the duration of activation until reaching the
88
89
Upper-Limit setting or increases the speed of the motor in steps (see
UP/DOWN Frequency (down) — Decreases the speed of the motor for the duration of activation until reaching the
90
91
Lower-Limit setting or decreases the speed of the motor in steps (see
UP/DOWN Frequency (clear) — While operating in the Up/Down Frequency speed control mode this terminal
92
93
initiates a 0 Hz output command. If operating with an activated UP/DOWN Frequency (up or down) terminal, the
output goes to the Lower-Limit (F013) setting.
Push Run — Runs the motor for the duration of the activation at the configured speed and direction.
94
95
96
97
Push Stop — Stops the motor for the duration of the activation. Motor resumes normal operation upon deactivation.
Forward/Reverse Selection — Operates in conjunction with another terminal being set to the Run/Stop (100/101)
98
99
function. The activation/deactivation of this terminal changes the direction of the motor.
Run/Stop Command — This terminal enables the motor to run when activated and disables the motor when
100 101
deactivated.
Commercial Power/ASD Switching — Initiates the ASD-to-Commercial Power switching function. See
102 103
parameter
F354
Frequency Command Priority Switching — Toggles frequency control to and from the settings of
104 105
F207.
Terminal Frequency Priority — Activation overrides the
106 107
Board.
Terminal Command Priority — Activation overrides the
108 109
Terminal Board.
110 111 Parameter Edit Enable — Allows for the override of the lock out parameter setting allowing for parameter editing.
112 113 Control Switching — Toggles the system to and from the speed control and torque control modes.
114 115 Deviation Counter Clear — Clears the Deviation Counter when operating in the Position Control mode.
Position Control Forward Limit LS — Activation stops the ASD forward operation and holds its position for the
116 117
duration of the activation. Continued activation will time out and trip. This function is normally used for over-travel
conditions.
Position Control Reverse Limit LS — Activation stops the ASD reverse operation and holds its position for the
118 119
duration of the activation. Continued activation will time out and trip. This function is normally used for over-travel
conditions.
Light-Load High-Speed Operation Enable — Activation sets the lower limit of an output frequency range in
120 121
which the Light-load/High-Speed function may be used. The Light-Load/High-Speed function accelerates the output
frequency of the ASD to the speed setting of
122 123 Lag Down Control Valid — Not Used.
124 125 Spare Excitation — Not Used.
126 127 System Consistent (BC:Brake Command) — Not Used.
Note:
NO/NC = Normally Open/Normally Closed.
Note:
Selection numbers are used when configuring the ASD via communications. They differentiate the Normally
Open and Normally Closed contact settings.
