Set in Configuration: Decoder > Network.
Indicates the state of the connection to the encoder:
• Connected – The decoder is connected to the encoder and is
receiving packets associated with the program.
• Connecting – The decoder is in the process of connecting to
the encoder.
• Disabled – The decoder is disabled.

• Stopped – A user has stopped or paused the decoder.
If the decoder is not connected, a connection to the encoder was
not established or has failed. See Status: System Log > Config on
page 75 for more details.
Total attempted retrys. For a failed connection, the decoder will
automatically attempt a reconnect every five seconds.
