The decoder can be configured to request an audio-only, video-only or
closed caption stream.
The jitter queue is a buffer which will fill up in case of network
latency. This is helpful when connecting over networks which exhibit
non-linear data transmission such as the public internet. The jitter
queue is adjustable. The higher the value, the more jitter the decoder
can handle but at the cost of overall latency (delay). The range is from
0 to 5000 milliseconds. Default is 250ms. See Status: Decoder Status >

Jitter Queue Overflow
When enabled, the decoder client will send RTCP receiver reports to
the server. This is sometimes used as a keep-alive for the server.
