128–127. Default = 0. The hue is the attribute by which a color may
be identified within the visible spectrum. Hue refers to the spectral
colors of red, orange, yellow, green blue and violet. Note that adding
hue reduces the saturation.

sent as soon an they are encoded. This may result in substantial
network traffic burstiness since certain encoded frames such as video
key frames are much larger than other frames. If

the audio/video/CC resulting in less burstiness from a network traffic
perspective. However, this results in jitter, that is, relative
displacement of the content from a timing perspective. This forces
end-to-end latency to increase. Note that for VBrick decoders, even if
the
is set low, the fact that the encoder is
Time in Jitter Queue
metering the data results in an automatic increase in the target latency
to three seconds. Also, the jitter queue may automatically be adjusted
to almost 3 seconds, if the encoder that it is tuned to is experiencing
heavy RTSP client utilization. The encoder automatically informs the
decoder to adjust the jitter queue upwards to accommodate the
additional traffic load. Once the traffic load diminishes the encoder
will re-inform the decoder to reduce the jitter queue delay,
automatically. The VBrick StreamPlayer PC decoders also increase
buffer/latency if the encoded stream is metered. We recommend use
of the Low Delay setting if interactive end-to-end behavior is
required. We recommend the use of metering if the bandwidth in
transmission path is constrained.
If this option is enabled; additional header fields are added to the
encoded stream providing the capability for certain third-party video-
only decoders to decode the video stream without externally supplied
SDP information.
When Metadata is enabled a new field will appear on the screen
allowing the operator to insert metadata strings into the video as User
Data. The normal use of metadata is to allow accompanying
synchronized URL references to displayed in rich media applications.
The VBrick StreamPlayer has the capability of extracting the metadata
references and presenting them to an appropriate application. Contact
VBrick for details.
