Rinse Fluid

Use a non-fluorescent, balanced electrolyte reagent, such as IsoFlow™ sheath fluid, for the
rinse fluid. The rinse fluid is used, in part, to clean the sample probe. Read the container' s
label for more information.

Cleaning Agent

COULTER CLENZ

Flow-Count™ Fluorospheres
Flow-Count Fluorospheres is a suspension of fluorospheres used to determine absolute

IMMUNO-TROL
These control materials contain stabilized erythrocytes and leukocytes with a known quantity
of surface antigens. They are used to verify monoclonal antibody performance as well as to
verify the process of sample staining, lysing, and analysis. See the package inserts for
