12 X 75 (+1/-2) mm straight polypropylene or polystyrene test tube, round bottom. Do not
use tubes that have hairline cracks, a ring on the bottom, an excessive lip or large protrusion,
or are deformed/bent. See

Throughput

Throughout is 80 daughter tubes per hour when running batch mode tetraCHROME™
reagents. Random access mode throughput is panel-dependent.
