Except in the case of the fault "Error at the memory module", the operation of
the machine can, in principle, continue after a fault has been indicated. To
continue, remedy the fault according to the table below and acknowledge the
error message by pressing the confirmation key.
Insufficient fresh water supply
Is the fresh water supply closed?
YES: Open the fresh water supply.
NO: Notify a service engineer.
Insufficient capacity of drain pump
Drain blocked?
YES: Clean the drain.
NO: Notify a service engineer.
Boiler or tank heating defective
Broken wire / boiler temperature sensor short circuit
Broken wire / tank temperature sensor short circuit
Always notify a service engineer.
Memory module error
Should the fault arise again after it has been acknowledged,
always notify a service engineer.
Further operation is not possible
6.2 Tips for self-help
Pump motor not running, machine not operating
The fuses have blown.
Check fuses, replace if necessary.
Built-in thermal protection of motor stops the motor when overloaded.
Let the motor cool down. The appliance will be ready for operation
afterwards.
