Licensing Information - Dell SMA 200 Administration Manual

Licenses are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Secure Virtual Meeting licenses are considered in use
when an attendee is in the lobby. Secure Virtual Assist/Access licenses are considered in use when the
connection is active and screen sharing is occurring.

Licensing Information

The Secure Virtual Meeting > Licensing page displays the Secure Virtual Assist license status that is also
displayed on the System > Licenses page. See Licensing Overview on page 272 for an explanation of how Secure
Virtual Assist licenses are used for Secure Virtual Meeting. The Licensing page also contains links to the System
> Licenses page where you can obtain a license.
