Setting for vertical inclined cutting on the
lower table

For carrying out inclined cuts vertically, there are
two abutment inclinations which are calibrated and
pre-set at 0º and 45º. Use a goniometer for
adjusting to intermediate angles.
1.Loosen vertical locking lever 28.
2.Select the cutting angle with the integrated scale

3.Tighten vertical locking lever 28.
Setting the cutting stopper on the lower
table

1.Loosen screw 7.
2.Insert cutting stopper 9 into insertion cavity 23.
3.Tighten screw 7 ensuring that the rod that has the
safety bore becomes pressed.
ONLY SC300W:
1.Insert cutting stopper 9 into insertion cavity 22.
2.After placing the top of cut 9, set in the desired
position of the adjusting cutting length.
3.Tighten the wing nuts to secure the top of cut
adjustment system of cutting length.
Carrying out the cutting operation on the
lower table

1.Prepare workpiece by fastening it in a completely
safe manner.
2.Start the electrical machine by pushing switch 1.
3.Wait for some seconds until the cutting disk
reaches its maximum speed.
4.Slowly lower the operating head by a continuous
manner and without jerks, using hand grip

5.Exert pressure in the blade's direction of advance
with an intensity being suitable for the
material to be cut.

6.Once the cutting operation has been completed,
raise operating head again.
Stop the machine by pushing switch 1.
Use as circular saw by means of the upper
cutting table
Information:
This chapter is not applicable for models lacking an
upper cutting table: SC300W, SC310W, SC390W
and SLL390W.
This chapter is applicable to models provided with
an upper table: SC311W, SCE311W, SC391W,
SLL391W and SC3000W.
Warning!
Before carrying out any operation on the upper
cutting table it is mandatory to prepare the machine
suitably. For this purpose, the stationary safety
guard is to be installed on the lower table.
Installing the stationary safety guard on the
lower cutting table

1.Begin with the head locked in the upper resting
position and the cable unplugged.
2.Position protective guard 49 of the lower cutting
table.
3.Turn disk 16 without load making sure that it
rotates freely without striking against the
guard 49. Should that not be so, proceed to
the adjustment of the locking in the upper
resting position.
