3.Move horizontal angles indicator 14 until it marks
45º.
4.Check with an angle chart, that there are 45º
between the disk 16 and the stopper guide

5.Repeat the same sequence for the horizontal
angle at -45º.
Adjusting
1.Loosen fastening the 4 screws 37.
2.Loosen and pull control 13 to move the head
horizontally until indicator 36 marks + 45º.
3.Move indicator 14 until the angle chart pattern
between the disk 16 and stopper guide 8 is
45º.
Adjusting the vertical mitre angle to 90º

Checking
1.Release vertical adjustment of the head by
loosening control element 28.
2.Move head to the right stop (90º) checking that
there is support at screw 30.
3.Lock the vertical adjustment of the head by
tightening control element 28.
4.Check the angle by means of a duly calibrated
angle chart or a goniometer (minimum
precision +- 5º) applying one of the
surfaces thereof on cutting table 15 and the
other on cutting disk 16.
5.Should the side of the angle chart not adjust
exactly to the disk or if the direct
measurement of the goniometer reached a
deviation of more than +- 20º, proceed to
adjusting.
Adjusting
1.Release the vertical adjustment of the head by
loosening control element 28.
2.Move the head to the right stopper (90º).
3.Remove retainer nut of screw 30.
4.Place a goniometer (minimum precision +- 5º)
applying one of its sides on cutting table 15
and the other on cutting disk 16.
5.Act on adjusting screw 30 until obtaining a
measurement of 90º.

nut of screw 30 whilst retaining screw 30
with a screwdriver so as to prevent it from
moving.
7.Block the vertical adjustment of the head by
tightening control element 28.

screwdriver so as to prevent it from moving.
