1 Check the Front Cover open actuator for
normal operation.
Is the actuator operating normally,
2 Inspect and reseat the wiring harness
between Power Supply Board CON2 and
Controller Board CN5 (CN7 on model
3160).
Is the wiring harness damaged?
3 Replace the Power Supply Board
(page 8-54).
Does the error still occur?
