PRE-FEED
Media that require high heater temperature for plotting,, or other types of media that have a soft
surface, sometimes stick to the platen or rise from the platen. This will cause a feed problem and
a service call may be necessary.
When such a problem is anticipated, set PRE-FEED to ON. Prefeed function works automati-
cally to prevent the media from sticking to the platen by feeding the media to back and forth a
little before execute plotting.

MARGIN
Adjust the both right and left side of media margins. Use the function when in need of setting
the margin other than the default setting, 25mm. Dead space is settable on the both right and left
media.

COLOR PATTERN
Plots a color pattern at the right end of the media. Nozzle clogging can be checked during
plotting.When setting the COLOR PATTERN to ON, the plot starting position of the image
moves 18mm to the scan direction from the origin.
The plot-able width becomes smaller. Therefore, when plotting is made all the way to both ends
of the media, turn this function off.
