抽墨幫浦墨管清洗(Pump Pipe)[Disway WASH] The ink discharge way may become clogged by coagulated ink. It must be cleaned at regular intervals to avoid clogging. Ink discharge way: Tubing between the cap and the waste ink tank • When cleaning the ink station and head, be sure to wear the supplied goggle and gloves since you may get ink in your eyes. - Page 3 7. 打開機器前方保護蓋. 8. 打開清潔液,用滴管將清潔液吸滿. 使用滴管將清潔液滴入噴頭蓋(S-Cap), 勿將清潔液 溢出噴頭蓋(S-Cap).重覆其他噴頭蓋(S-Cap). 9. 蓋下機器前方保護蓋 , 然 後按下 [ENTER] STATION COMPLETED : ent 鍵 . 當抽墨幫浦連續抽30秒後機器LCD會停在"LOCAL"模式 INITIALIZING PLEASE WAIT < LOCAL >...

休眠狀態自動清洗功能 [SLEEP clean] To prevent clogging while the power switch has been turned off, ink is ejected from the head at regular intervals. The head itself must be cleaned also at regular intervals which are set as shown below. STEP 1. -

機器長時間閒置未使用,清洗墨水管路及噴墨頭 [CUSTODYwash] 當機器長時間閒置未使用,超過一週以上 使用 “CUSTODYwash” 功能來清洗 頭 及抽墨管路(Pump Pipe) . 噴 需 確實做完此功能, 才 能正常存放機器. Cleaning tools • leaning solution Pipette RS (SPC-0336), • Glove, Goggle STEP 1. 按 下 [FUNCTION] 鍵 . FUNCTION SET UP < ENT > 2. 按 上下鍵 [ ] and [ ] 一直到 FUNCTION LCD顯示... - Page 6 9. 按上下 [ ] and [ ] 鍵 , 選擇欲泡清潔液 STATION 時間. In case of setting for heaters at high temperature, or setting too much amount of ink per unit (high concentration, render set, etc.) on the JV3 series, “spray”, “mass of ink”, or “nozzle-out” phenomena may happen due to evaporation of the solvent medium that may condense on a print-head surface resulting inferior image quality. - Page 8 8. 按下 [ENTER] 鍵 .
