Your Icom IC-410PRO may be able to transmit but not receive on channel 15 due to one or more of the following reasons:

1. Quiet Mode (Selcall or Tone Squelch) is ON – If Quiet Mode is enabled, the radio will not unmute unless it receives the correct Selcall or tone. Turn OFF Quiet Mode in the Set mode.

2. Tone Squelch setting mismatch – If the tone squelch is set incorrectly or does not match the other radios, you will not hear incoming transmissions. Set the correct tone squelch setting for the user group.

3. Squelch level is set too high – If the squelch level is too high, weak signals may be blocked. Decrease the squelch level in the Set mode.

4. Monitor function is OFF – If the Monitor function is OFF, you might not hear transmissions that don’t match the squelch settings. Press [MONI] to temporarily open the squelch and check for incoming signals.

Check and adjust these settings to restore receiving capability on channel 15.
