Cause/Remedy
Cause: The Finisher malfunctioned.
Remedy:
• Check for any obstructions in the paper path and clear them.
• Power off/on the machine, and if necessary, resend/restart your print/copy job. If
the fault continues, contact the Customer Support Center.
