Removing Child From Restraint - Britax safe-n-sound Instructions For Installation & Use

H. Tighten the top tether strap by pulling the
adjustment strap.
Ensure the strap is not so tight as to lift the child
seat or deform the headrest.
I. Always roll up excess strap and place in the
pocket provided attached to the cover.
REMOVING CHILD FROM
RESTRAINT
A. Press top tether strap adjuster button while
pulling top tether strap to slacken. Allow top
tether straps to fall to the sides for easy access
into restraint.
B. Push and hold the harness adjustment button
while pulling both shoulder harness straps to
release and lengthen the harness.
C. Press the red button on harness buckle, both
harness tongues will be released. Move each
shoulder strap to baby's side. Insert buckle
tongues into harness tongue holders to hold
harness straps away from the child. Pick up
baby.
To remove the child seat refer to page 50 for
ISOFLEX or page 49 for seatbelt installation.
HOW TO USE
Press
Pull Adjustment Strap to
remove slack
Roll up excess strap and
store in the pocket attached
to the cover to avoid tripping
when moving the restraint.
