The command allows the user to enter into the embedded OS Command prompt and environment.
Syntax
shell

Example
SM-WS5000>shell

Displays a list of details about the WS5000 system related to the chosen display_parameter.

The keyword used with the show command displays details related to the
display_parameter. See the Example, below, for a list of all available parameters and
brief descriptions. For more details on displayed information,refer to the WS5000 Series

Alternatively, enter the command followed by a ? symbol. For example:
