B. Multifeeder Assembly
1. Removing the Multifeeder Unit
1) Open the multifeeder assembly q, and insert
a large flat-blade screwdriver into the top w of
the connector cover, and turn it to remove the
cover; then, disconnect the connector.

2) Close the multifeeder assembly, and open the
right door; then, pull out the rolls e from the
left and the right.

3) Remove the multifeeder assembly.
Reference:
When installing the multifeeder connector
cover, match the top first and push the bot-
tom in.

2. Removing the Multifeeder Pick-Up
Roller
1) Pull out the multifeeder rolls.
2) Detach the cable from the cable, and remove
the right door q.

3) Remove the snap-on bushing w, and shift the
roller shaft e in the direction of the arrow.
4) Remove the stop ring r, and remove the mul-
tifeeder pick-up roller t.
Caution:
Work carefully while paying attention to the
pin at the rear of the pick-up roller.
