Using Attendant Recall

Use the Attendant Recall feature to contact an attendant during a call and
to connect the call to the attendant.
To contact the attendant while on a call:

Using Call Park

Use the Call Park feature to hold temporarily (park) and retrieve a call
from any phone. Using Call Park does not tie up a line. When configured
network-wide, Call Park can be used across networks. A System Park
Extension can be set to automatically park most calls.
To park a call on the System Park DN or your own DN:
1. Tap the
Attendant Recall
stay on the line until the attendant
answers.
2. Press the
Goodbye
remains connected to the attendant.
During an active call, tap the
key twice.
Note: By default, the call is parked on
your DN, unless a System Park is
enabled to automatically park calls on
the system.
