Description
Displays "Connecting" while
connection is being attempted. Displays
black squares (x) to show the
connection status by the number of
squares when the camcorder is
connected to a computer or a LAN.
Displays an IEEE802.11 standard.
Selects whether to enable or disable
wireless LAN connection.
Select "On" when using Wi-Fi remote
control.
Note
Unselectable when "Wi-Fi" is set to
"Disable."
Sets the current date and time.
Selects the 12-hour format ("12H") or
the 24-hour format ("24H") for display
of times.
Selects the display format for dates.
YYMMDD: Year, Month, Day
MMDDYY: Month, Day, Year
DDMMYY: Day, Month Year
Selects the language for menus and
messages.
English: To display in English
Japanese: To display in Japanese
Chinese: To display in Chinese
Spanish: To display in Spanish
Portuguese: To display in Portuguese
Russian: To display in Russian

Notes
• The language of the menus and messages
differs depending on the area.
• When set to "Japanese," the menus are
displayed in English, and messages are
displayed in Japanese.
Displays the cumulative hours of use
(cannot be reset).
Displays the hours of use (can be reset).
Resets "Hours(Reset)" to "0" (execute
using Execute.)
Selects whether to enable (On) or
disable (Off) the Direct menu functions.
