Removal & Installation
2002-2004
To Remove:
1. Relieve the pressure in the fuel system.
2. Lift the vehicle.
3. Remove the frame brace from the frame.
4. Remove the fuel tank shield from the fuel tank.
5. Drain the fuel from the tank into an approved container.
6. Loosen the fuel hose clamp and disconnect the hose from the fuel tank.
7. Disconnect the evaporative emission (EVAP) vent valve and fuel tank pressure
sensor connectors.
