Night Service / Night Ring

Use Night Service to reroute calls after hours.
Night Service redirects trunk calls to their night mode destination. For example, you can set up your system
so calls that ring all phones during the day are answered by Voice Mail at night (see Set Voice Mail to Answer
at Night on page 1-14 for more on how to set this up). Typically, the attendant or supervisor activates Night
Service after normal working hours, when most employees are unavailable to answer calls.
By default, key 11 on an attendant keyset is a Night Key. This allows the attendant to activate the Night
Mode system-wide.

Part I: Assign a Night Key to the telephone.
