8. INTERRUPT COPYING

You can interrupt a multicopy run in progress (even when the automatic document feeder is used)
to make a copy of a different original. During the interruption, you can make copies by feeding
paper through the sheet bypass or the cassettes.
Copying Procedure
1 1 1 1 1
Press the INTERRUPT
G These messages appear:
Job interrupted
job 1 saved
Interrupt
copy quantity=1
G If the automatic document feeder is being
used, the originals remaining on the
original feed tray are forced out.
2 2 2 2 2
Set the new original on the glass.
G During the interruption, the automatic
document feeder is inoperable.
3 3 3 3 3
Select the desired copy size, exposure,
reproduction ratio, etc. as required.
4 4 4 4 4
Press the PRINT
of paper from the sheet bypass.
G A copy will exit and this message will
appear:
Press INTERRUPT to
resume job 1
G Multiple copies can be made by pressing
the PRINT
desired.
