Using the original scale and the scale on the front side, "read" the values defining the
desired area as follows:
G X1 — Distance from the original scale to the left edge of the specified area (e.g. 22).
G X2 — Distance from the original scale to the right edge of the specified area (e.g. 43).
G Y1 — Distance from the front scale to the lower edge of the specified area (e.g. 22).
G Y2 — Distance from the front scale to the upper edge of the specified area (e.g. 39).

Set the above values using the digital keys and the INFO key as described in the
"Copying Procedure" below.
Copying Procedure

Set the original on the glass.
G Remove the original from the editing sheet
(optional), place it face down with its top
edge facing toward you and align it with
the matching size marks.
G If you placed the original on the glass for
"reading", turn it over and place it face
down with its top edge facing toward you
and align it in the same way.

Press the EDIT key to enter the EDIT
mode.
G Press the IMAGE EDITING key.
