G Check through the small window if any
paper is misfed beneath it.
G If there is any, lift the flap and remove the
misfed paper.

Close both the upper and lower side
covers.

If the misfed paper is not found :
G Pull out the selected cassette and remove
any misfed paper.
G Push in the cassette fully.
