Breaker switch

G If the breaker trips repeatedly,
contact your Xerox Customer
Support Centre.
G Check the earth fault interrupter
once a month to ensure that it works
correctly.
G Power requirements and earthing
connection of Safety Notes for an
explanation on the earth fault
interrupter.

Switching on the power

G You can change the default screen
from the Basic Features screen to
any other screen and the new
screen will be displayed.
G The machine will be in the Ready
mode approximately three minutes
after the power is switched on.
G When the Power Saver mode is on,
the display will still be off and the
power saver indicator will be on.

Switching On and Off

Switch on the power before operating the copier.
This section will show you how to swtich the copier on/off.
The breaker switch is normally
set to the "I" position.
However, when it is not used
for an extended period of time
or when it is to be relocated,
switch it to the "O" position.
Turn the power switch to the
" " position.
The power is switched on.
After a while, the default screen
appears on the display.
