3.2.1 2-line display LCD models

Access Denied
Cartridge Error
Cooling Down
Cover is Open
Document Jam
Drum !
Drum End Soon
Jam 2-sided
Lower line
Function Locked
Function Locked. Job
Deleted. Press Stop.
Put the Toner Cartridge
back in.
Wait for a while
Close the ADF Cover,
then press the Stop Key.
Close the Front Cover. The front cover sensor detected
Close the Fuser Cover
which can be found
behind the Back Cover
of the machine.
Make sure there is no
paper jammed inside
the machine and close
the Back Cover, then
press Start.
Clear the scanner jam,
then press the Stop
Key.
Slide the Green tab on
Drum Unit.

Pull out the Duplex
Tray at the back of the
machine and remove
the jammed paper.

Description
Failed in print limit ID
authentification on PC print or PC
print is forbidden.
Failed in print limit ID
authentification on Secure print or
PC print is forbidden.
The new toner sensor could not
detect the new toner cartridge
correctly.
The side thermistor of the fuser
unit or the internal temperature
sensor detected a temperature
higher than the specified value.
The ADF cover sensor detected
that the ADF cover was open.

The eject sensor detected that the

The eject sensor was ON when the
power switch was turned ON.
The first side document scanning
position sensor detected that the
document length was 90 cm or
longer while scanning the

attributable to dirty corona wire on
the drum unit.
The number of rotations of the
drum unit is reaching the upper
limit.
The registration front sensor does
not detect paper pass within the
specified time after the first side
was printed in duplex printing
mode.
