Configuration B: When a higher resolution is needed, due to SM750 HW limitation,
only one VGA output is provided, for a total of five simultaneous outputs. One main
display + four extended displays based on resolution 1920x1080 (16 bit).

How to set up 1920x1080 resolution in resolution setting:
1.
Click "Advanced Setting" and enter "Monitor" sub-menu; make sure "Hide
modes that this monitor cannot display" is not checked. Set color as "High color
(16 bit)".
2.
Choose "Adapter" sub-menu, and "List All Modes". Select "1920 by 1080, high
color (16 bit), 60 Hertz".
