12.3 - UNIT HEATING ON/OFF
Heating of one or more units can be set to be on or off;
the status of the units is shown on the display in the "A"
area, which shows the actual temperature of each unit.

By default, heating is enabled on all units; if you want
to turn heating of one unit off, go to the relevant button
panel and press buttons (1) and (2) at the same time;
the display will show OFF instead of the temperature
near the relevant unit; to turn the heating back on, press
buttons (1) and (2) at the same time again.
13. OPERATION
13.1 - STARTING THE MACHINE
Check that the water supply tap upstream of the
machine is open.
Check that the thermal breaker upstream of the
machine is set to "ON".
If the machine hasn't turned on automatically by

means of the automatic start function, turn switch
(1) to "2" and lamp (2) turns on to show that the
machine is receiving power.
Check that the water level in the boiler shown on
display (3) is above the "MIN" level
Place the filter holders in the relevant units.
Wait for the water temperature to reach the set
value shown on the displays (4) of each individual
unit and on display (3).
Check that the boiler pressure shown by pressure
gauge (5) is 0.9 - 1 bar / 0.09 - 0.1 MPa.
Position the cups on the cup heating plate, facing
upwards.
