13.3 - GENERAL WARNINGS FOR PROPER
DISPENSING
Coffee and any of its additional
ingredients (milk, sugar, etc.) are
sensitive products, therefore:
Arrange stock so that the products
closest to the expiry date are used
first. Always check the expiry date.
Products must be stored as re-
quired by their manufacturer.

Always heat the cup, rinsing it with hot water: if the
cup is cold, the sudden change of temperature of
the espresso will change its taste.

NEVER load coffee in the filter holder without im-
mediately dispensing it; the coffee powder would
"burn" in the unit and the espresso would be very
bitter.

Ground coffee dose for ONE espresso coffee: be-
tween 6 and 7 g.

Check the grinder/dosing device for wear.
13.4 - DISPENSING HOT WATER
• Place a jug (1) under the dispensing tap (2), press
button (3) to dispense hot water.
• Dispensing automatically stops when the set quantity
is reached.
• Add the desired product.
Caution: The tap is very hot, do not
touch it until it has cooled down.
