Assembling the damper

Mount and tighten nut

Assemble the piston rod. (
Main work
–
Push the spring and sleeve onto the compression adjuster. Mount the piston.

Mount and tighten compression adjuster

Mount and tighten screw

Filling port screw

Clamp the damper in the vise using soft jaws.
–
Fill the damper cartridge about half full.
