Printing copy protection text ("Copy Protect" function)

If the "Copy Protect" function is set, hidden text is printed in order to pre-
vent improper copying. When a document printed with copy protection
text is copied, the hidden text appears clearly repeated in the copies so
that the reader knows that it is a copy.
The copy protection text is printed on all pages. Specific pages cannot
be specified.

To copy using the "Copy Protect" function

Position the document to be copied.
– For details on positioning the document, refer to "Feeding the doc-
ument" on page 3-7.

Touch [Application], and then touch [Stamp].
– To cancel all settings for the Application functions, touch [Reset].
The Stamp screen appears.
