LAN Port Configuration

Procedure K. Configuring LAN Port

Select the Ethernet hyperlink in the System Menu (Figure 38).
Note: Refer to Figure 39 for steps 2 through 6.

Enter the values for Local IP and Subnet Mask in the respective fields.

If RIP is not desired for the Routing Table, deselect the box (RIP is the default setting).

Select either DHCP Server, DHCP Relay, or Outbound Filtering under Advanced.

Enter the value for DNS Relay in the provided field.

Click the Apply button if all data is correct.
